Important Information when Renting a Tent
When renting a tent in South Florida, there are steps you can take to avoid any issues the day of installation. To have your installation area ready for your tent:

Ensure your installation area is close to where the truck will be parking. Installation distances more than 50 ft from the truck location are an additional cost and result in extended time

Ensure your installation area is completely clear. There should be no obstructions in the loading area, walking area to installation, or the installation area. Tents cannot be installed atop pools, or if there is a structure in the middle or sides of where the tent is going. If there are any trees, walls, shrubs, etc where your tent will be installed, you must notify us before delivery so that we can be prepared. If there are obstacles not previously discussed, additional charges will apply and some obstacles could prevent your tent from being erected

Ample lighting! Some tent installations can take several hours to complete. Ensure your area is adequately lit to assist in the quickest installation
